Summary: We have stayed here several times over the years. It has been an affordable clean and quiet stay, except for this time. Comforter was dirty, sheets had a wear hole. General NOT CLEAN feeling this time.

Summary: This was our 2nd time staying at Quality Inn for appointment at the Mayo Clinic. The price and accessible room were deciding factors. The attendant at the desk was very cheerful and welcoming. Breakfast was being cleared at 9:40 a.m., when we checked out…thought it was served until 10 a.m.

Summary: Bed was comfortable. Towel rack fell off wall. Inside door handle fell off. Hot tub jets did not work. Pool tiles were scummy.

Summary: Meh...Our bedspread had what appeared to be blood stains on it. My husband did address this with the front desk. She was very apologetic and friendly. Our shower had literally screamed for the first ten minutes of the showers... EVERY TIME. The pool area was desperately needing a sweeping. Found an empty pop bottle, bandaids, & wrappers on the pool deck. The pool also needed a few of the lights in the area changed. It really seemed like a good cleaning & basic maintenance would've taken care of all of the issues.

Summary: We were visiting family and the hotel was conveniently located nearby and the price was excellent. The front desk staff was good and were able to provided a disposible razor when I forgot mine. The cleanliness of the halls was not good and the whirlpool and pool were disgusting. Scum on the tiles that could be easily scratched away. Bottom of the whirlpool and pool were dirty. Band-Aid on the side of the whirlpool was there both days. Bathroom in the pool area had a clogged toilet both days. Really disgusting. We will not be back.

Summary: We stayed 1 night while attending a softball tournament. Room was nice, quiet, and cool- very important during the heat wave. Free breakfast before the games was convenient and had nice selection.
